Frequently Asked Questions

Is therapy in person or virtual?

Virtual sessions are our most common service, but we offer both in-person and virtual sessions depending on the therapist and the day/time of your availability.

Yes! We accept Aetna,  Anthem/BCBS, and United. Insurance varies by therapist. Please contact us if you have questions about insurance coverage.

To allow time for waiting clients to fill the empty spot, we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice. Sessions cancelled within the 24 hour window are charged the full session fee.

We see teens (16+), but do not see children or couples at this time.

Yes, we are happy to offer CBT!
