You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like no one is really hearing what’s going on beneath the surface. Therapy can be a space where that starts to shift. It’s a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
If you’re balancing high expectations – whether in school, sports, work, or daily life – you may be used to pushing through stress and putting pressure on yourself to keep it all together. But over time, that can feel exhausting. You might question who you are outside those roles or struggle to manage the weight of it all. As a former NCAA Division I player, I understand the unique pressures that come with balancing performance, academics, expectations, and personal well-being. I know firsthand how stress, identity, and high standards impact mental health and performance.
In my work, I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating high-pressure environments, identity shifts, and stress management, specifically student-athletes and those managing demanding life roles. In my work, I often integrate strengths-based and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help clients build self-awareness, manage stress, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. Together we’ll focus on helping you understand your patterns, build self-awareness, and develop more sustainable ways to respond to stress. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and how you can move forward in a way that feels more grounded and aligned with who you are.
I approach my work with each client holistically to understand the full picture of their life and cultural context. In some communities, mental health struggles just aren’t something people talk about openly, and silence can feel safer than vulnerability. That shaped my commitment to creating a space where there’s no shame in being human and honesty feels safe. If you’re looking for someone authentic, who will listen deeply and walk alongside you in the work, I invite you to book a free consultation.
