If you’ve ever thought, “I should be over this by now,” you’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong. Sometimes feelings stick around longer than we expect. You might feel anxious, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up in your life. This can come from things like loss, big life changes, shifting roles, or plans that didn’t turn out the way you hoped. It can also show up as stress, self-doubt, or just feeling a little off.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. We’ll look at how your experiences have shaped you—and help you move forward in a way that feels clear, steady, and true to who you are.
I’ve worked in community mental health, private practice, and hospice, supporting people through some of life’s hardest moments. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still feel stuck—and want real, practical help understanding why.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for things to feel different, reach out to get started. We can take the next step together.

Outside of session
I love glamping – no tents involved, but maybe a hike or two and definitely a campfire. I oscillate between loving the chaos of a full house with board games and loud music, and recharging with tea and a candle. With two middle-schoolers, and a dog, it’s mostly the chaos part (even tag-teaming with my husband).
