Do you feel disconnected from yourself, misunderstood, or weighed down by past experiences? You may be trying to keep things together while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. No one is born knowing how to navigate life’s big (or small) challenges, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

In working with me, clients feel seen as a whole person, rather than defined by a diagnosis or a single chapter of their life. I help my clients slow things down, untangle what they’re feeling, and reconnect with themselves, while offering practical tools to make sense of their experiences and build helpful skills. As a therapist, I am genuine, approachable, and value humor as a form of medicine.

Through my years of experience holding space for heavy emotions, I most enjoy supporting clients as they navigate issues with identity, boundaries, grief, and relationship patterns. My background in Mobile Crisis Response has taught me to listen closely to what people are saying and what may be harder to name, and to help others think through options that feel both emotionally right and realistically doable.

We all share a core desire to feel safe, supported, and able to live a healthy, meaningful life. If you’re ready to take an active role in your healing, I’d love to support you.

Therapy Modalities

I love to spend time with family and friends and my two Cats Nyx and Lu. I love to read, specifically fantasy, sci fi, dystopian, time-traveling book, and a little horror. I love to spend time outdoors hiking or camping; the mountains are my safe space. I also love to explore new places and go thrifting to add little trinkets to my collection.
