If you’re constantly overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or feeling like you have to hold everything together, you’re not alone. Many people I work with struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, or trauma. I want therapy to be a place where you don’t have to pretend; you can bring the messy thoughts, the uncertainty, and the parts of yourself you’ve been afraid to share.
I believe lasting change begins with self-compassion rather than self-criticism. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your emotional resilience, and help you build healthier relationships with yourself and the people around you. I also believe humor has a place in therapy, and when it feels natural, a little laughter can go a long way. My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest, and my experience in community mental health taught me the importance of meeting every person with patience, curiosity, and individualized care.
If you’re ready to better understand yourself, break free from old patterns, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, I’d be honored to support you.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, getting lost in a good book, watching movies, traveling, and finding new restaurants to explore. I’m also someone who REALLY appreciates quiet moments at home with my dog and cat. I am very much a homebody!
