Do you feel like no matter what you do, you keep ending up in the same place with the same problems? Maybe you’re trying to manage anxiety, depression, or anger. It could be a past trauma or an ongoing battle with substance use, which can also impact your job, your relationships, etc. Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck can make daily life a struggle, not to mention the pain of feeling disconnected from who you really are or want to be. I believe we all can grow beyond old patterns, reactions, and less healthy ways of coping so we can experience emotional security, confident connection, and lasting recovery. I also think a sense of humor can be pretty helpful at times!
I offer a safe, compassionate, and understanding space. We’ll work together to figure out what’s keeping you stuck or overwhelmed, whether it’s patterns that need changing or hurts that need healing. By inviting you to just be YOU and gently guiding your self-exploration, I can support you in making the changes you want.
Addiction, depression, stress, anxiety…these issues don’t discriminate and can literally affect anyone. At the same time, they can make you feel completely alone. And even ashamed. I get it. And you’re NOT alone. So, let’s talk and get you started on a path that leads away from isolation or shame and instead sets you on a course toward feeling good about yourself AND your place in the world.
Asking for help can be scary! But please don’t let that be one more thing holding you back from the chance to experience your life with more joy, confidence, and peace. Today is a great day to start taking back control, and I can’t wait to hear from you!
